Why this exists
Every B2B ad channel got more expensive and less effective in the same five-year window. LinkedIn became an algorithmic landfill. Twitter became X. Newsletters started charging premiums for inbox real estate they used to give away. Meanwhile the most valuable piece of real estate in attention terms (the desk of a senior engineer or founder) remained free.
We started Minimalist. to make that real estate buyable.

How a run works

We model the run, agree the deliverables in writing, produce the bottles, and fulfill. Cold-fill at venues for conference partnerships, direct shipment for desk drops, on-site delivery for launch days.
