This policy describes how MagnetAI Inc. (“MagnetAI,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information you share with us through the Minimalist. website and sample-run program. We keep this short because we collect very little.
1. What we collect
When you submit the contact form, request a sample run, or email us, we receive your email address, any details you choose to share (company, role, category, shipping address), and the contents of your message. We also receive standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.
2. How we use it
We use the information you give us to respond to your inquiry, ship sample runs, and follow up on active conversations. If you explicitly opt in, we may send occasional product updates. We use aggregate, anonymized analytics to understand which sections of the site are read.
3. What we don’t do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not run ad-targeting trackers on this site. We do not build behavioral profiles. The bottle is the ad. We don’t need to be one too.
4. Service providers
We rely on a small number of vendors to operate: email hosting, transactional email, shipping logistics, privacy-first analytics. Each is bound by industry-standard data-processing terms and may only use your information to perform the service we requested.
5. Retention
We retain inquiry data for as long as the conversation is active, plus a reasonable archive window for tax and compliance. You can request deletion at any time by emailing the address at the bottom of this page; we’ll honor the request within 30 days unless we’re legally required to keep a record.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us and we’ll respond in line with applicable law.
7. Children
Minimalist. is a B2B service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
8. Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email before the change takes effect.
